Is 4:5-6
Then YHWH will create over the whole site of Mount Zion and over her assemblies a cloud by day, and smoke and the shining of a flaming fire by night; for over all the glory there will be a canopy. There will be a booth for shade by day from the heat, and for a refuge and a shelter from the storm and rain.
Ps 121:2-8
My help comes from YHWH, who made heaven and earth.
He will not let your foot be moved;
He who keeps you will not slumber.
Behold, he who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.
YHWH is your keeper; YHWH is your shade on your right hand.
The sun shall not strike you by day, nor the moon by night.
YHWH will keep you from all evil; he will keep your life.
YHWH will keep your going out and your coming in from this time forth and forevermore.
Is 25:4-5
For you YHWH have been a stronghold to the poor, a stronghold to the needy in distress, a shelter from the storm and a shade from the heat; for the breath of the ruthless is like a storm against a wall, like heat in a dry place. You subdue the noise of the foreigners; as heat by the shade of a cloud, so the song of the ruthless is put down.
Ps 5:11-12
But let all who take refuge in you rejoice; let them ever sing for joy, and spread your protection over them, that those who love your name may exult in you. For you bless the righteous, O YHWH; you cover them with favor as with a shield.
